The Origin Story
In November 2024 I ran an experiment: I put my remote audio troubleshooting on Fiverr. I expected the people I usually work with, musicians and studio owners. Instead, the enquiries came from content creators: Twitch streamers, YouTube reaction channels, podcasters and voiceover artists. Over roughly fifty jobs I kept fixing, in thirty minutes, problems that had frustrated them for months.
These creators had invested in great gear, but they were drowning in technical debt. They were spending hours watching generic YouTube tutorials, struggling with virtual mixers, and fighting background hiss, only to be told by their audience that their audio still sounded bad.
I realized that the industry expects content creators to magically become audio engineers overnight. That is a broken system. You shouldn’t have to understand complex signal paths and brickwall limiting just to record a podcast or launch a stream.
That is why I created Amazing Audio. I took my 20+ years of professional engineering experience and the remote setups I was doing online, and turned them into a service built specifically for creators. I’m building it into a network of trusted UK engineers, so no creator ever has to wait for help. For now, you work directly with me: the founder, not a queue and not a bot.
My job is to remove the technical barriers so you can just hit record and sound amazing.
Fiverr later shut my account over a missed verification email, with no way to appeal. I wrote about it on Audio Support: why you should never build on rented land.
