Sound familiar?

You need someone who knows audio and streaming, without them having to come round.

Chat

Viewers complaining

Chat keeps telling you you’re too quiet, too loud or hard to understand.

Effects

Tutorials that don’t fit

You’ve tried the settings from YouTube, and none of them suit your voice or your gear.

Interface

No one local

Nobody near you knows OBS, interfaces and mics, and you don’t want to ship your setup anywhere.

One engineer, start to finish

You deal with me, not a queue. I’ve set up OBS, interfaces, capture cards and plugins for streamers on Twitch and YouTube, and I do the work myself on every session.

How I fix it

A live remote session. You stay at your desk, and I work on your computer with you.

1

I call you on WhatsApp

A voice line on your phone, separate from the mic we’re working on, so we can talk while we test.

2

I connect and listen

I connect to your computer with AnyDesk and hear your audio in real time through Audiomovers LISTENTO.

3

We work through your signal path

Mic position and interface first, then OBS, tested at a whisper and a shout. A week later I check in to make sure it’s holding up.

A real fix

A YouTube streamer whose viewers kept complaining about his sound.

Remote session CASE ID #153

Volume complaints fixed for Reel Time with Mark

The setup

The problem

Mark streams live slot gameplay on YouTube as Reel Time with Mark. His viewers had started complaining about his volume and sound quality, and hours of online tutorials hadn’t helped.

What I did

  • Connected with AnyDesk and WhatsApp, and listened to his stream through Audiomovers LISTENTO inside OBS.
  • Guided him on mic position, distance and polar pattern before touching any software.
  • Added noise reduction, a compressor and a limiter in OBS, then tested from whispers to shouts.

The result

Result: by the end of the 60-minute session his volume and clarity problems were resolved. His review: “Better Call Paul.”

What it costs

No packages to decode, no upsells. Pick the one that fits and book it.

Live Diagnostic

£90

A focused, one-hour, screen-shared session to find and kill a specific problem. Mic suddenly not recording, distortion out of nowhere, routing that’s blocking your chat, software that won’t behave. Most issues are gone inside the session.

Full Studio Setup

£180

Around two hours. I take control and configure your whole rig from scratch — hardware and software, gain staging, mic positioning, routing, the lot. For new gear, a new room, or a setup that’s never quite worked properly. You end up with a system that just runs.

Before you book

The questions streamers ask me most.

How does a remote session work?

You book a time through the website. At the start I call you on WhatsApp, connect with AnyDesk, and we work through your setup together. You see everything I do.

What do I need?

Your computer, your usual gear and a phone with WhatsApp. I install the free tools we need at the start of the session.

Do you work outside the UK?

Yes. Most of my streaming clients are outside the UK, many in the US. Sessions are priced in GBP, and your bank converts.
